Product Description
Aluminium Bridge Railing system tested to EN1317 and accredited with CE certification.
The system is manufactured from extruded Aluminium Alloy type 6082 T6 with all fixing in stainless steel. The mix of material give the range a 50 year design life in the most aggressive road environments. It is ideally suited to marine environment and is virtually maintenance free. The product does not require any additional surface treatment as the aluminium is self-repairing unlike steel and painted alternatives.
The range is available with cradle socket anchors or drill and fix anchors.
A range of transitions are available to connect to corrugated guardrail. Transitions to other systems can be assessed and FEM simulations to EN1317 can be prepared for approval.
The system components are interchangeable to achieve containment from Normal to High containment.
Pedestrian protection can be enhanced with the addition of front fixed mesh panels in stainless steel or galvanised mild steel.
On-site cutting of the aluminium rails is permitted thereby making the system very flexible in achieving the perfect fit every time.
